We’re proud to officially announce that HEX and Windsor-Essex Education Development Company (WEDC) have entered into a formal agreement to deliver bold, future-focused education across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
What began as a promising Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has now been fully solidified with the signing of a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), personally signed by Jeanette Cheah, Co-Founder and CEO of HEX, during her visit to Ho Chi Minh City
The MOA ceremony was officiated and witnessed by Trang Vu, Landing Pad Manager at Austrade, he Australian Government’s trade and investment agency, which supports Australian businesses in exporting, scaling, and growing in global markets.
This strategic collaboration unlocks powerful new opportunities for learners in Vietnam to access real-world innovation education, with programs spanning AI, finance, entrepreneurship, and cross-border collaboration.

About the Partnership
The initial MOU ceremony was led by Jaclyn Benstead, Co-Founder and New Markets Lead at HEX. Representing HEX on the ground, Jaclyn met with WEDC leadership to set the foundation for a shared mission: helping Vietnamese students develop future-ready skills and global mindsets.

Now, with the MOA formally signed by Jeanette Cheah, the partnership has officially moved from vision to action.
