She leads HEX’s work in Thailand, always looking for new ways to unlock the potential of Thai people through global experiences, education and opportunities that might not have existed before.

You might spot her at a school, university, education fair, industry event, workshop or suddenly facilitating in front of a room. Basically, if there’s a place where an opportunity could be hiding, First will probably find her way there.

Outside of HEX, she’s usually planning her next trip, spending time with her dogs, or convincing herself that one more idea definitely won’t hurt.
