Tuong is a Vietnamese Australian education innovator with 18+ years bridging tech, business, and education across Southeast Asia and Australia.
His background spans consulting and finance (PwC, National Australia Bank), venture capital (Tall Order ventures formerly, Skalata), and EdTech, providing unique insights into preparing students for the future workforce.
As a former VC investor, he supported dozens of Australian and New Zealand tech companies while building startup ecosystem connections.
Based in HCMC since early 2025, Tuong is leading HEX's regional expansion, building strategic partnerships delivering practical solutions to bridge skills gaps and improve career readiness for young people.
He is super active and you’ll find him running a lap somewhere, hiking a big hill, climbing a rock wall or chasing down a pickleball.
