Winner of Innovative Founder of the Year 2025–26 | RMIT HEX High South Asia Intensive
When Aditya Jha joined the RMIT HEX High South Asia Intensive, he didn’t come in with decades of tech experience. What he brought instead was sharper: curiosity, persistence, and a drive to fix real-world inefficiencies.

By the end of the program, Aditya had not only pitched a high-potential startup, he walked away as the Innovative Founder of the Year 2025–26, awarded at the final showcase in Chennai.
And the story didn’t stop there.
Aditya is now preparing to pitch his startup, Workithm, to HCL GUVI, an IIT-Madras and IIM-A incubated EdTech platform backed by HCL. Known for its focus on skilling and career readiness, GUVI empowers learners across India and beyond, and Aditya’s next goal is to bring Workithm into that conversation.
Meet Workithm
Workithm is Aditya’s answer to a universal pain point: productivity.
“I built Workithm not because I was a coding expert, but because I felt a real need. Like many, I struggled with productivity myself. The deeper I went, the clearer it became that inefficiency isn’t just personal, it’s a company-wide problem that stops organizations from reaching their full potential.”
With only basic coding knowledge, Aditya leaned on AI tools and a minimalist, analytical mindset to bring the idea to life despite bugs, doubts, and errors. His goal? A platform that helps users enter flow state, stay focused, and reduce stress while keeping things transparent and efficient.

From Slides to Startup
Aditya’s story is proof that you don’t need to wait for expertise or perfection to build something powerful. With the right mindset, momentum, and mentors, a two-week intensive can turn into a career-making opportunity.
“Don’t wait until you feel ‘ready.’ Start with what you have, where you are. Curiosity and persistence will take you further than expertise ever could."
