When it comes to innovation, theory can only take you so far. At Assumption University of Thailand (AU) in Bangkok, students got a front-row seat to what happens when entrepreneurial thinking meets real-world application, HEX style.

As part of HEX’s visit to the Suvarnabhumi Campus, the team led a high-energy workshop titled “Taking Your Idea Through Reality.”

Guided by Jaclyn Benstead (Co-founder, New Markets), Charlie Perelini (Product, Programs & Experience), and Shaye Pumar (Chief Marketing Officer) the immersive session was designed to equip students with more than just business buzzwords, it gave them the tools to actually start building.

The workshop brought together a packed room of students and faculty eager to explore the mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets behind building something that lasts.

Jaclyn shared her entrepreneurial journey and the wins (and lessons) from establishing HEX’s presence in Southeast Asia. Shaye captivated the audience with her marketing expertise and startup experience, while Charlie brought his trademark storytelling energy, unpacking creativity, user experience, and global program management insights.

Students weren’t just listening, they were leaning in.

Students were introduced to HEX’s signature learning frameworks, including:

• Founder’s 4H – a self-awareness lens for entrepreneurial leadership
  
  
• Exponential Intelligence (eXQ) – combining mindset, skillset, and toolset for the future of work
  
  
• Real startup readiness tools – like pitching, problem validation, and building confidence in ambiguity
  
  

The energy in the room? Hungry for more.

Students stepped up with bold startup ideas. Some pitched on the spot. Others connected with the HEX team afterward to explore how they could build something of their own. It wasn’t just inspirational, it was activational.

And that’s what HEX does best: turn ideas into action, and learners into builders.
