Geoff Asilo, a proud alumni of HEX International Singapore (Jan 2025), is launching Armoura this July, a brand-new multi-sport coaching business based in Sydney. And we’re so proud to be part of his story.
What is Armoura?
Armoura is a sports coaching startup in Sydney that’s doing things differently.
It’s a community hub for youth and adult athletes looking to push their performance, grow their confidence, and train with purpose.
The coaching philosophy?
It’s built on values - family, unity, and respect, not just reps and routines.
“Armoura isn’t just about making people better at sport,” Geoff says.
“It’s about making better humans, and giving them a place where they feel seen, supported, and challenged.”
Whether you’re just getting started or aiming for the elite level, Armoura is designed to be the home of hungry and thriving athletes.
Launching this July and you’re invited!
The official Armoura launch event is happening this month, and it’s more than a business opening.
It’s a moment to celebrate hard work, impact, and the kind of leadership HEX was made to support.

From startup idea to sports coaching business in Sydney
When Geoff joined HEX International in Singapore, he had an idea.
When he left, he had a vision, and the tools, support, and mindset to make it real.
Now, he’s:

“HEX gave me the push to take my idea seriously,” Geoff says.
